The PAIR program is a certification that confirms corporate performance in Indigenous relations. The certification acknowledges businesses in their efforts to include Indigenous peoples – First Nations, Inuit, and Metis by hiring, training, community investment, and cultural awareness. 

The program is organized by the Canadian Council for Indigenous Businesses, a national non-profit organization that offers knowledge, resources, and programs to both Indigenous and non-Indigenous member companies that foster economic opportunities for Indigenous peoples and businesses.
